How does Titan® work?
Titan® utilizes a safe, infrared light to uniformly heat water molecules within the dermis well below the skin’s surface, causing immediate collagen contraction and controlled damage. The procedure stimulates new collagen production, leaving patients with tighter, younger looking skin. Titan® is the first non-surgical light-based system approved by the FDA for the safe treatment of sagging skin.
What areas respond best to the Titan® procedure?
Patients have been successfully treated on many areas of the body. The most common areas treated are the jawline, under the chin, and the abdomen.
Who can be treated?
Since the Titan® procedure heats tissue under the skin’s surface, patients of any skin type or age can be treated. Your specialist can advise you if Titan® is right for you.
Do the treatments hurt?
You will feel a brief but significant heat sensation as Titan's infrared energy is delivered to the deep layers of the skin, while the underside of the handpiece provides cooling to your skin’s surface. Your specialist can adjust Titan's settings to determine the best comfort level to achieve optimal results.
How many treatments will I need?
Although a single treatment has produced very good results for many patients, it is quite common for patients to have two or three treatments over a few months. Your specialist can advise you as to the number and frequency of treatments recommended for optimal results.
What do treatments cost?
