At Medical Esthetics of Napa Valley, our primary focus is skin beauty restoration. Our Registered Nurse and Physician have years of experience in skin care procedures that uniquely qualify us to diagnose, prescribe and provide the safest, most effective restorative treatment plans for you.

Your initial consultation is conducted by our registered nurse. Attentive and caring, she takes her time getting to know you and your desired outcomes, and will design a custom skin treatment plan expressly for you.

Our Office

Our practice setting is clinical, yet relaxed and personal. Our physician-director is available and on premises at all times which is unique in the medical esthetic industry. Situated in the beautiful, secluded wine country town of Yountville, our discreet location provides an ideal setting for your comfort and privacy.

Our Staff

Lorie Janes, RN has been a registered nurse for over 13 years in many areas of hospitalization including Intensive Care, Cardiac Care, Pediatrics, Labor and Delivery, and Administrative Nursing. She became an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist in 2002 and continues to increase her knowledge of lasers and injectables by attending advanced training courses as often as she can. In addition to working in our office, Lorie also works with a well-known plastic surgeon in Marin County as the Director of Nursing and an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist. She recently received the honor of being nominated, and has accepted the positon, as a national trainer for Allergan, Inc. We are pleased to have her back at Medical Esthetics of Napa Valley and are confident that you will be pleased with her work.

Andrew Patrinellis, MD is a board certified physician and graduate of Stanford University and Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. He has practiced internal medicine since 1997, and in 2002 he expanded his practice to include cosmetic dermatology. He continues to provide all primary care medical services at Yountville Healthcare Center.
